To compare yourself with other Team Dorset athletes go to Click on 'Network' and then on 'Dorset Network' and you will get a ranking similar to that on 'The Power of 10'


In order to compete for Team Dorset, you will need to join one of the Team Dorset participating clubs - Dorchester A, Poole AC, or Wimborne AC. Members of the North Dorset Athletics Academy and West Dorset training group are welcome to trial, but will still need to join a club for insurance and affiliation, if selected.

At present, Bournemouth AC, Poole Runners and Weymouth St Paul Harriers are not part of the Team Dorset composite team but they have lots to offer you in the way of competition and all the clubs work together.

The Team Manager of Team Dorset's Lower Age-Group (u13/U15) is David Little.
Poole AC members will be contacted by him.
Dorchester AC and Wimborne AC contact through their own club.

 MATCH FEE is £3 if you make your own way to the venue or £7 if on the coach/minibus. Parents/Family places on the minibus are also £7. If you are selected, please let us know if you wish to travel by coach and how many seats you require.


Team Dorset compete in a pale blue vest with the team name across the back - cost £14. You can either purchase or borrow one of these vests for your competition. (Loan vests cost £4 per fixture and must be returned on the day of competition.) There are also Team Dorset hoodies (Dark Blue with 'Team Dorset' on the back) for sale should you wish to purchase one - £19.
